Rental Policies:

  • Prices, equipment availability, and rental policies subject to change without prior notice.


General Policies:

  • A current Driver’s license and/or Photo ID is required.
  • You must be over 18 yrs. old to rent equipment.
  • Individuals named on the contract are required to submit credit card information and deposit at the time of reservation and/or rental.
  • Individual(s) reserving equipment and named on the contract must be present at the time of equipment usage or item(s) will not be released.
  • Payment in full for all rental adventures is due at the time of reservation.
  • Beaches and Blue Sky LLC reserves the right to refuse to any individual(s).


Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made five (5) days or more of reservation date; customers will receive a 90% refund based on subtotal of reservation.
  • Cancellations within four (4) to one (1) day will receive a 50% refund or a voucher for 75% credit towards a future adventure with Beaches & Blue Sky.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or less of scheduled reservation will not be refunded.
  • There are no refunds for illness, early returns or non-usage.
  • Cancellation for any weather-related activities will be decided by management of Beaches & Blue Sky with proper notification to customers and refunds will based on weather related cancellation. If activity is cancelled by management of Beaches & Blue Sky, 100% of deposit will be refunded.


Check-out Procedures:

  • All customers are responsible for inspecting all equipment carefully and to bring any missing and/or damaged equipment to the attention of Beaches & Blue Sky management. Please make sure any discrepancies are noted on rental agreement. Failure to note any discrepancies may result in fee for damaged and/or missing equipment. If needed, please ask management for assistance with inspection and/or instructions on how to properly set up equipment.
  • Check-out typically takes up to 30 minutes so please consider this in planning enough time for your activity. Deviation from this time may result in delay and/or additional fees.


Check-in Procedures:

  • Equipment must be returned with 30 minutes of scheduled time reserved and date listed on signed contract. Returns later than 30 minutes will incur a late fee of $100 per 30-minute increment. You will be charged for equipment that is damaged and/or missing, up to and including the cost to replace such equipment, regardless of age of equipment.
  • Equipment that is lost or stolen during reserved activity, renter will be responsible for all replacement costs at full retail prices.
  • All repair costs will be billed at $50 per hour.
  • Bent paddles and badly damaged watercraft will be charged for full replacement costs.
  • It is solely the discretion of Beaches & Blue Sky management to determine if damaged equipment will be repaired or placed at the renter’s expense.
  • All late fees will be strictly enforced with no exceptions due to jeopardizing additional reserved activities with Beaches & Blue Sky.
